Hour Children’s work is supported by hundreds of volunteers each year.

How you can help
- Mentor a child through Hour Friend In Deed Mentoring Program.
- Mentor a woman through Hour Woman to Woman Mentoring Program.
- Share your talents with Hour Teen Scene.
- Tutor, offer mock interviews, or help write resumes for participants in Hour Working Women Program.
- Sort through clothing and other donations in Hour Thrift Shops.
- Help children with homework or chaperone a trip in Hour After School Club or Summer Camp.
Corporate Volunteer Opportunities
Hour Children welcomes corporate groups to spend time volunteering with us, and we look forward to putting together a wonderful day of hard work, camaraderie, fun, and lasting impact. Volunteer opportunities can be customized based on the interests, experience and size of your group.
To ensure a fulfilling day for all, we ask our corporate volunteer partners to schedule their days of service at least one month in advance and provide a minimum contribution of $5,000 above and beyond any project costs. Opportunities during the Summer may require more lead time, as things get very busy around here!
